No. 9. Plaster cast of sandal. The original was found at Bonn, and is now in the museum there. Roman. Length, 10½  inches; width, 4 inches.

No. 5. Plaster cast of sandal. The original was found at Metersen, Holstein. It is now in the museum at Kiel. Frankish. Length, 9½ inches; width, 3½. inches.

No. 7. Plaster cast of sandal. The original was found at Mayence, and is now in the museum there. Roman. Length, 10 inches; width, 4 inches.

No. 6. Plaster cast of sandal. The original was found at Friedeburgh, Ostfriesland, and is now in the museum at Hanover. Frankish. Length, 8½. inches; width, 4 inches.

No. 10. Plaster cast. Boot on the foot of the Dying Persian, one of the figures in the groups dedicated by Attalus I., King of Pergamon, on the Acropolis at Athens, probably in the year 200 B.C. The original figure is now at Naples.

No. 8. Plaster cast of sandal. The original was found at Rosswinkel, Province of Drenthe, Holland; is in the museum at Leyden. Frankish. Length, 10½ inches; width, 4 inches.
